Class Benefit Fund - Board Activity Page:
The Board has met in person five times since it appointment. There was an initial organizational meeting on December 21, 2015, where attorneys for plaintiffs and defendants explained the nature and function of the Settlement, the Board, and the Fund, and planning took place for activities prior to the Fairness Hearing on April 18, 2016. The Board met on January 14, 2016. The primary topic of discussion related to the best manner of obtaining input from those involved in energy efficiency programs that might benefit Class Members. Minutes of that meeting may be found here.
The Board met on February 1, 2016. The Board heard presentations from and asked questions of various groups involved with energy efficiency programs, and engaged in planning of future efforts. Minutes of that meeting may be found here.

The Board has scheduled a Bidders Conference for July 14, 2016. A copy of the invitation only event may be found here. To request an invitation to the Bidders Conference, please email: ClassBenefitFundinfo@gmail.com. Invitations are limited to one per organization. RSVP’s are due on July 8, 2016.

The Board met on March 9, 2016. The Board heard a presentation from Julie Tolliver of Efficiency First. Various other items were discussed, including approval of the blueprint. Minutes of that meeting will be posted once approved.
The Board has an additional in-person meeting scheduled for April 6th, prior to the fairness hearing on April 18th. The Board plans to seek input from Class Members regarding potential uses for the Class Benefit Fund shortly after the March 9th Board meeting.
